Cancellation Policy

All appointment changes and cancellations require a minimum of 24-hours notice to avoid charge.

If the client gives less than 24-hours notice or no-shows, said client will be charged the full amount of the scheduled workout — there will be no exceptions. If the trainer cancels an appointment with less than 24-hours notice, the client will be given one (1) future complimentary workout.
