Philip has been helping clients of all ages improve their health and fitness for over 20 years. He is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist and a licensed (City & County of San Francisco) and certified Shiatsu Therapist.

His basic training style is to help each client reach their individual strength and function potential. Increased strength is typically accompanied by more athletic muscle tone, physique enhancements, better balance and an improved ability to perform sports and recreational activities.

Complementing his fitness and bodywork expertise, Philip is also a Tai Chi instructor with over 20 years of experience.

He trains clients either at their home or Synergy Fitness Studio (no monthly gym dues or membership fees) in San Francisco's Marina District.
